Refund policy
Iron Cove Run Club operates on a lean, print-on-demand manufacturing model. Every item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Because we do not hold bulk inventory, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Sizing Issues & Change of Mind Because every garment is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges if you order the incorrect size, change your mind, or order the wrong colour. To ensure the perfect fit, we highly encourage you to review the detailed sizing charts provided on every product page before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our gear. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is misprinted, defective, physically damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
To start a claim for a faulty item, please reach out via our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. If your claim is approved, we will immediately fast-track a brand-new replacement to you at absolutely no cost.
Note: In most cases of printing defects, we will not require you to ship the faulty item back to us—a clear photo is sufficient to trigger your replacement.
Refunds We prioritize replacing defective or damaged items to ensure you get the gear you ordered. However, if a replacement is not possible, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via our Contact Page.
